3. Subscription & Payment

ShoutBar offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to Shopify’s billing terms and authorize recurring charges for your selected plan.
• Subscription fees are billed through Shopify and are non-refundable.
• You may cancel your subscription anytime through the Shopify App Store.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

By using ShoutBar, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We collect only shop-related information and do not track visitor data.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ShoutBar if:

• You violate these Terms & Conditions.
• You misuse or abuse ShoutBar’s features.
• We receive a legal request requiring removal of your access.

If your account is terminated, you will no longer be able to use the app.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

ShoutBar, including all software, code, content, designs, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of ShoutBar.

• Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or resale of ShoutBar’s software, code, or branding is strictly prohibited.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of ShoutBar.
• Any violation of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShoutBar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of ShoutBar.
• Loss of sales, revenue, or data related to the use of our app.
• Compatibility issues with third-party Shopify apps or themes.
